Kasey Bryant, M. Ed.
Educational Diagnostician and Owner
Kasey grew up in Indiana. She graduated Magna Cum Laude and academic honors distinction with an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from Indiana State University. She was a classroom teacher at a charter school in Indianapolis before moving to Houston. She taught at West University Elementary for 6 years, during which time she earned a master’s degree from Houston Baptist University (now Houston Christian University). While in the classroom, Kasey found a knack for helping students with distinct behavioral and academic needs. Even then, Kasey was able to identify uniqueness in children and capitalize on student strengths. She has notable understanding of the complexity of cognitive functioning and children who are twice exceptional (i.e. gifted/talented and dyslexic). Kasey left the classroom after 7 years of kindergarten teaching. Kasey acquired a wealth of experience as an Educational Diagnostician for 11 years in public school districts in the Houston area. She has experience with a variety of assessments, children of varying abilities and disabilities, chairing ARDs, coming to consensus, and programming for various educational needs. She also was a Mandt trainer for 4 years in which she taught staff to assist students in emotional/behavioral crisis with dignity and respect. She loves working with clients of all abilities, behavioral needs, and ages.
Kasey is a mother to two boys ages 3 and 7. As a parent, she knows exactly how nerve-racking it can be to have concerns about your child. She will share results and insights with empathy in a timely manner.
